Oxford Valley Road Langhorne, PA 19047 215-949-5681 FAX 215-949-7880 The Behavioral Health Center for Older Adults is dedicated to providing inpatient & intensive outpatient behavioral health services to person 55 & older. TWO QUALITY PROGRAMS: Inpatient Program involves stabilizing the crisis that led to the hospitalization. A physical and mental evaluation is completed along with a treatment plan implemented by a team of healthcare professionals. We focus on developing the patient’s highest possible level of independence and preservation of individual dignity. CRISIS ASSESSMENT numbers: 215-949-5411 or 215-949-5542. 24 hours day, 7 days a week. Intensive Outpatient Program provides up to four hours of structured therapy per day, allowing patients to maintain their daily routines and live at home. The program provides services for persons 55 & older who are experiencing severe depression, social withdrawal and isolation. *For additional information, call 215-949-5485.* Alzheimer’s Support Group* Our Behavioral Health Center for Older Adults sponsors a monthly support group for person’s caring for someone with memory loss. Through standards from the Alzheimer’s Association, you will learn practical caregiving information, get mutual support, and learn about community resources.
