About MediationWorks, Inc.
A unique alternative to the power struggles and heartbreak that usually accompany family disagreements about aging adults. Professional mediators conduct an informal group problem-solving process to address such issues as independence, medical care, and finances. Mediators do not take sides or make decisions. We help family members hear each other, become well-informed about their options, and reach tailor-made agreements in a safe, positive environment. Virginia-certified mediators trained in psychology and law. Virginia Standards of Mediator Ethics & Professional Responsibility. Members of the Association for Conflict Resolution and the Virginia Mediation Network. Experienced in finding lasting solutions since 1993.
