About Senior Solutions, LLC
Roland Park Senior Solutions, LLC, is a small, locally-owned care management agency offering uniquely personalized services for the elderly. Susan Newhouse and Helen Streimer are the co-owners and care managers as well as licensed clinical social workers (LCSW-C's). Combined, we have over 40 years experience in the field. Roland Park Senior Solutions serves Seniors whose goals are to remain as independent as possible. We assess the needs of the individual, develop a plan of care and implement the plan including screening, coordinating and monitoring of services. We schedule and attend appointments with healthcare providers, we assist in selection of alternative living environments and we offer advocacy, information and support to Seniors and their families. We support independence and quality of life.
