JSSA (Jewish Social Service Agency)
About JSSA (Jewish Social Service Agency)
JSSA's Care Management program is dedicated to helping older adults live as independently as possible for as long as possible. Our family-centered services help elders by monitoring and coordinating the in-home services they need; we help their families by providing peace of mind that their loved ones are being taken care of. JSSA will send a geriatric social worker to the elder's home to evaluate the kind of help the elder needs. JSSA then either provides or arranges for the needed services, which may include Meals on Wheels, escorted transportation to medical appointments, volunteer shoppers or visitors, homemaker assistance, emotional support, nursing visits, physical or occupational therapy, or social work. JSSA can also help elders and their families plan for the future, solve immediate problems, and prevent future difficulties. Call for a free initial telephone consultation.
