Providing a wide range of individualized assistance to the elderly and their families including: in-depth assessment of needs, counseling and supportive services, coordination and implementation of needed services, placement assistance, personalized money management and ongoing monitoring. Our mission is to act as a family representative or family substitute for clients at a point in their life when added personalized support is needed.
