Adult Companion Care
About Adult Companion Care
ACC provides a wide range of individualized assistance including nursing assessments to identify unique needs, monitoring of medical care, coordination of in-home services and accessing community services as well as serving as a liaison between a client and their family and caregivers. Personal attention provided by an RN who is a Certified Geriatric Care Manager with over 20 years of home health and geriatric care experience
