About Schaffer Construction, Designs for Life
Schaffer Construction, Designs for Life is a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS) proving safety assessments and home modifications for seniors and people with disabilities. The National Association of Home Builders and the AARP developed the CAPS program to address the growing number of consumers who require safety and access modifications to remain in their home. Based on your individual needs our assessment will provide a list of recommended modifications for safety and mobility that will improve your comfort in your home and your ability to age in place. Our home safety and access modifications include the entryway, kitchen, bath, bedroom, stairway and overall maneuverability throughout your home.
