p. This position performs all aspects of marketing including networking, sales, advertising, public relations and community events. This career is for a high energy, experienced sales professional with a proven track record of lease-up, sales success in a Senior Living setting, preferably CCRC. Ideal opportunity for an outgoing individual who enjoys and has experience in educating (marketing) and building relationships (selling); respects and enjoys the senior population; is a real self-starter; and can learn as well as teach. Three+ years marketing/sales exp Senior Living. Self Starter, Exc computer skills, Bachelor’s degree in Mrktg or similar.
