EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Springwell Senior Living, a new community offering full-service Independent and Assisted Living, is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead its management team.

Springwell is a beautifully refurbished building on 15 acres in historic Mount Washington Village, close to the Baltimore City/County line. We offer a total of 100 independent and assisted living residences, with an opportunity to expand in the future. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic person with a heart for serving seniors and their families. Springwell is privately owned. We believe that careers here should be challenging, rewarding opportunities to make a difference and to experience personal pride and growth.

A Bachelor’s degree, healthcare background and start-up experience is preferred; a successful management track record of 5+ years and excellent communication skills are required. Primary responsibilities will include planning, directing and coordinating all operational activities of the community. The Executive Director must be a leader, team builder and caring customer service champion who wants to be part of something exceptional at Springwell. A very competitive compensation package of salary, incentives and benefits is available for the right person.
