Responsible for monitoring all aspects of clinical practice infection, control, documentation, and environmental issues for nursing. Routinely conducts audits with the purpose of identifying problems developing corrective action plans implementing those plans and evaluating the results. Works closely with all levels of nursing staff to identify improvement methods in resident care. Must be familiar with all regulations as they pertain to long term care. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Is involved in planning and developing of various activities and plans that focus on the residents and family’s satisfaction and positive outcome of case. 1.
