Job Title: Marketing and Communications Coordinator

* Creating and managing quarterly newsletter
* Planning internal (open house) and external (tables at conferences) events
* Creating content for Organization Website
* Putting together marketing brochures
* Fielding initial phone inquiries
* Greeting guests into marketing office
* Managing advertising calendar
* Proficient in the use of computer and data base
* May be required to work occasional nights and weekends
