Job Description:

Become part of the CARF team in Washington, D.C. involved w/ accreditation and quality of aging service programs internationally.

CARF is seeking a professional to perform varied duties including:
 Responding to customer service calls and emails
 Conducting data entry of audited financial statements and other financial information
 Reviewing complex and confidential customer records
 Completing administrative office work such as filing and supplies ordering
 Leading meeting planning logistics
 Managing invoice payment
 Providing administrative support to multiple staff within office

Computer proficiency including MS Word, spelling and proofreading, attention to detail, ability to work independently, excellent customer service and phone experience. Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 yrs office admin/finance experience required.
