RN/Delegating Nurse

IntegraCare, manager of Assisted Living, Independent Living & Memory Care Communities, is looking for a Delegating Nurse (contract position) for one of our premier Assisted Living Communities offering Memory Care, Rexford Place.

Duties include: Resident initial and 45-day assessments, CMT training and Assisted Living regulatory compliance duties.

Qualifications include: current RN license with 4 year experience in long-term care.

This is a contract position
