Job Title: Clinical Educator

The Hebrew Home of Greater Washington, a Charles E. Smith Life Community and Maryland’s largest long-term care facility, has an immediate opportunity for a customer-focused Clinical Educator to join our Clinical Development Department. We are seeking a dynamic, RN with outstanding platform skills.

Responsibilities include designing, implementing and evaluating strategies that meet the learning needs and competency of clinical staff. Other responsibilities include RN/LPN orientation, ongoing federal/state mandatory staff education and collaboration with leadership to integrate research into practice standards, technology and clinical innovation. Current Maryland RN required –BSN. MSN preferred. Recent clinical skills within a hospital setting or LTC/sub-acute environment required.
