Lighthouse Senior Living at Hopkins Creek is seeking a full-time, every other weekend, experienced LPN to join our team as Wellness Nurse.
The Wellness Nurse performs their functions under the direction of the Director of Nursing with support from the Community Care Coordinator. The Wellness Nurse assumes responsibility for our assisted living’s busy Health and Wellness Department and is a key member of our clinical team.

RequirementsLPN required; Licensed and in good standing in State of Maryland. Minimum two years experience working with Seniors and 2 years working with Wellness Initiatives (may be concurrent). Must be a team player with a desire to develop caregivers and serve the best interests of the residents.
The qualified candidate will have strong interpersonal, supervisory and clinical skills, with at least two years’ experience providing excellent care with compassion to the elderly. We are however, willing to train an otherwise qualified candidate.
