Description
The Recruitment and Retention Coordinator position is a full time permanent position. This person is expected to recruit, screen, and interview for a staff of CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.The Coor. is responsible to process HR online and paper file records for legal and human resource management, and assists with training activities. Qualities needed include multi-tasking, organization, confidentiality, verbal communication, teamwork, computer skills. Desire to Make a Difference.
