The Village at Orchard Ridge – A National Lutheran Community is an exceptional senior care organization and is seeking a full-time sales counselor to join our sales and marketing team which is responsible for all sales programs for our start- up community.

The selected candidate will be expected to sell in a team-oriented environment, develop and maintain relationships, and overcome objectives to close sales and achieve monthly sales goals. This position requires excellent organization, communication, and follow-through skills. Previous experience in the senior living industry is preferred or five+ years in a similar role. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales.  

Required skill set includes: planning on both strategic and tactical levels, sales process knowledge, negotiating, achieving and monitoring of positive referral relationships, collaborating with the sales team, and creating and evaluating marketing campaigns (both routine and in connection with expansion of housing).
