Five Star Home Health Care is seeking RN/LPN's for our pediatric division to provide skilled nursing care in the home for children who are trach and vent dependent. Requires at least 1 year of Nursing. Trach and vent experience, a plus. These cases are in the home within Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William counties. All shifts available: days, overnights, weekday, weekends.

These positions are ideal for career-motivated clinicians who is looking to be part of an established, growing company with a focus on premium home health care services. You will join an existing team of seasoned and competent home health care management staff. We currently provide personal care, skilled care and run 2 PCA caregiver schools.

Must be physically fit and able to stand for 8-12 hour shifts and able to perform a 50-lb dead lift.

We go to bat for our clients - providing the best care while also helping to find alternative sources for payment, such as government programs. We do things other home health care agencies do not, such as actually providing true case management oversight instead of just sending someone to follow an intake order without ever really getting to know their client and their family.
