The ideal candidate in addition to having the following skills and abilities would have minimum of two years experience working in a long term care community.  * Have a current valid RN license

 * Have some management experience

 * Preferably two years experience in MDS 3.0 in a Medicare Certified Facility

 * Demonstrated knowledge of Prospective Payer Source

 * Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize tasks

 * Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in computers especially the MS Office Suite.
