Description HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.
The Resident Caregiver Supervisor assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident service plan, including: personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities,orientation and information needs. You are responsible for supervising the Resident Caregivers and Medication Aide/Technicians on your shift and for supporting the Arden Courts/Linden Village mission, values, and achieving its
goals. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to the constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction. As a Resident Caregiver Supervisor, you are a member of the Resident Services
Team, led by the Resident Services Coordinator.

Educational Requirements High School diploma; Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide Certification required; CPR and First Aide Certification required; Certified/Qualified Medication Aide/Technician, preferred (if applicable to the State where the individual
is employed); Must successfully complete the required Arden Courts/Linden Village training, including the Philosophy of Care.
Position Requirements Knowledge and experience in working with elderly required, preferred dementia experience.
Specific Job Detail This position is for 11pm-7am shift. You will be floating among all 4 houses. You will be ensuring that daily duties are completed. You MUST have BOTH Med Tech & CNA licenses, and the flexibility to work 11pm-7am any day of the week. You must also be First Aid and CPR certified.
