We currently have a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Residency Sales Counselor to join our dynamic sales and marketing team.  This position is responsible for representing North Oaks to prospective residents with the objective of having them move into the community.  The Residency Sales Counselor manages the occupancy process from first inquiry to receipt of deposit to move-in, in relation to the representation, negotiation and promotion of North Oaks to that individual.

Requirements

- Prior demonstrated experience in senior living or CCRC sales.

-Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

-Strong interpersonal skills.

-Knowledge of and special sensitivity to the needs of seniors.

-Ability to work independently with self-discipline and self-motivation.

- Excellent computer database management skills.

- Prospecting and superior telephone skills.
