Duties include creating and implementing group and individual activity programs. Requires minimum one year of related experience, knowledge of MDS process, state and federal requirements, computer skills, strong focus on customer service and outgoing personality. College degree and MEPAP I&II completion desired. Must be dependable, with schedule flexibility as hours include evenings, weekends and holidays.
