Nursing Administrator in Training

This is a full time position that will broaden the participant’s knowledge in nursing management and the duties required of the Director of Nursing through various educational, practical and clinical experiences in our long term care facility. The participant will be required to comply with the guidelines outlined by the MD State Board of Nursing, as well as, Asbury Methodist Village’s nursing policies and procedures.   In order to be considered for the Assistant Director of Nursing in Training, candidates must provide written verification from former and present employers, two character reference letters, have a current RN license in the state of MD and a minimum of 2 years RN experience in a long term care environment.
