Description
Summary:
The LPN is responsible to provide supervision and coordination of medication management, resident care delivery, and execution of activities programs in the Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods. Additionally, the LPN assists the Director of Assisted Living, Director of Memory Care and Director of Nursing in setting standards of nursing care and management of residents under the direction of a physician.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years experience in an Assisted Living enviroment.
