Job Summary

Responsible for managing all lead opportunities from inception to conclusion. Responsible for management of all receivables and collection activates.  

Essential Functions

•        Responsible for receiving all potential client inquiry calls and follow up using good telephone technique

•        Lead management using CRM

•        Maintains an ongoing liaison with clients, client families, (monthly) and company employees.

•        Manages deposits, accounts receivables, collections and close out of discontinued accounts

•        Work with bookkeeper on various payroll functions

•        Assist with the orientating process of potential aides to Right at Home.

•        Participates in company quality improvement activities.

•        Share after hour on call responsibility

•        Management of Emergency Response Customer Accounts

•   Other duties assigned by the Franchise Owner

Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Availability

•        The Operations Coordinator / Inside Sales Person of the company shall be an individual who has sales or inside sales experience and a proven track record,  experience in the home care or healthcare industry or similar exerience in another business.

•        Operations Coordinator / Inside Sales Person, or a qualified alternate shall be available at all times during the hours of operation of the office for answering of lead phone calls

•        Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.

•        Have a valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation.

Working Conditions/Environment

Works primarily out of the local office.
