Executive Director wanted for a small assisted living community in Winchester serving adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. Leadership experience managing strategic planning and staff development required. A strong background in DBHDS-licensed behavioral health programs also a requirement, as is a current Virginia assisted living administrator’s license. Our community seeks a visionary capable of maintaining our momentum towards a person-centered environment based in sound therapeutic practice.
