We currently have an immediate opportunity for a proactive, energetic and productive Director of Sales and Marketing. This position will be located at our Gaithersburg, MD location which sits on a 130-acre campus, with over 750 senior residential living apartments/villas and 1400 residents. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Managing the marketing and sales of AMV Residential Living neighborhoods, including the existing and expansion offerings, hires and directs members of Marketing Dept., develops and implements an annual strategic marketing plan with tactics designed to generate leads and fulfill sales goals that meets AMV’s annual budgeted occupancy targets.  The Director of Sales and Marketing will also develop and implement compensation plans for department members, coordinate public relation events and develop and manage the annual Marketing budget.  Min. 8 years progressive experience in management of long term care/CCRC Marketing and/or Admissions operation.  Regionals are strongly encouraged to apply.  Relocation assistance available.  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Gerontology or related field req.  Master’s Degree pref.  Send resume to mdeutsch@asbury.org or visit www.asburymethodistvillage.org, EOE.
