Old Dominion Home Care is a licensed Home Care agency serving all of Northern Virginia.  We are seeking a Registered Nurse as our Director of Personal Care Services.  We are a family owned business providing Personal Care and Companion services.  We are looking for an experienced home care RN to join our team as we continue to grow in the region. Flexible hours.

The primary responsibilities include:

1.                  Provide initial in-home client assessments and follow-up assessments, develop a POC for client.

2.                  Provide supervision of aides.

3.                  Communicate with Clients and aides as needed related to the client POC.

4.                  Training of aides (orientation / in-service programs)

5.                  Other duties as assigned.
