Domain Medical Home Health & Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Director of Nursing. Our candidate will possess the ability to work well with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality levels consistent with professional standards and goals. Must be highly motivated, self-disciplined and have excellent communication skills

              Responsibilities include:

·         Assesses and supervises the delivery of home care services by field staff

·         Provides in-home supervision of home care cases

·         Create/Update care plans as necessary

·         Assists with orienting and training DMHHS employees

·         Coordinates clinical contract services and monitors for quality outcomes

·         Leading the activities of the nursing team, while providing clinical direction, and ensuring growth and profitability of the agency.

·         Accountable for the delivery of clinical services of the home health agency.

·         Develops and implements policies and procedures consistent with current law.

·         Manages employees in the provision of care and services consistent with home health agency philosophy of care and state and federal laws and regulations.

·         Collaborates with other departments, professionals, consultants, and organizations

·         On call 24/7

                 Requirements:

·         Current state license as an RN, BSN preferred

·         Current CPR

·         At least 2 years’ experience in home health

·         Registered Nurse with 24 hour/7 day accountability for the overall supervision of all clinicians
