Ashby Ponds, a growing CCRC in Ashburn, VA, is seeking a talented Director of Healthcare Sales for our new 132-unit Continuing Care neighborhood, opening early 2014. The Director of Healthcare Sales will oversee the inpatient admission process for all health services sales and is responsible for maximizing census and revenue (44 Post-Acute Rehabilitation Suites, 56 Assisted Living and 34 Memory Care Apartments).  The Director of Healthcare Sales is responsible for creating an environment and culture that enables Continuing Care to meet or exceed its goals, holding staff accountable for performance, motivating staff to improve performance and being responsible for the operation of the department.  This position supervises the Healthcare Sales Associate, Outreach Liaison, Hospital Liaison, and Front Desk/Concierge.
