Description
The Business Manager is responsible for all accounts receivable and accounts payable system input, accuracy of the monthly profit & loss statement, balance sheet account reconciliations, adherence to business practices and Sunrise Senior Living policy & procedure and maintaining resident administrative and financial files. The ideal candidate would possess a bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or related field and have extensive experience in a long-term care healthcare setting. Experience with and a working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and third party billing processes is a must and requires proficiency with computers and various accounting software. This position also requires a candidate able to handle multiple priorities and work flexible schedules, as dictated by business and community needs.
