Ashby Ponds, a growing CCRC in Ashburn, VA, is seeking a talented Assisted Living Manager for our new 132-unit Continuing Care neighborhood, opening early 2014.  The Assisted Living Manager will oversee the management and performance of Assisted Living (56 apartments).  This position will be responsible for meeting the social service needs of residents, in addition to ensuring the highest quality of resident care and customer service.  The successful candidate will create and maintain a strong, cross-functional, team philosophy by encouraging communication, relationship building, dedication to customer service and the commitment to quality resident care.

The successful candidate will have a Social Work degree or degree in related field, one to two years related experience and/or training in long term care/assisted living, must have knowledge of geriatric population and the aging process; including the physical, psychological and social needs of the elderly.
