Westminster at Lake Ridge invites you to a special Life in Bloom program, “Historic Occoquan – A Hidden Gem.” Mayor Earnie Porta will share the fascinating history of the charming, historic Town of Occoquan. This original 18th Century mill town nestled along the banks of the Occoquan River was once home to Native Americans. Today, it is home to 100 charming specialty shops, restaurants, antiques, art galleries, museums and more.

Life in Bloom is about continued growth and learning, overall wellness and enriching opportunities all of which are an essential part of life at Westminster at Lake Ridge. All courses are designed around the nine Dimensions of Wellness: Creative; Spiritual; Intellectual; Occupational; Social; Environmental; Physical; Emotional; and Financial.
