New Approaches to Creativity: The TimeSlips
TimeSlips™ is an internationally recognized model that employs
improvisation and creative drama techniques to help people grow and connect
across the challenges of cognitive disability. This special, interactive program will
demonstrate how TimeSlips™ uses these techniques to elicit unique, individual
expressions from participants and facilitates stories that reflect the dignity of the
storytellers. Our presenter, Liz Nichols has taught this innovative method to
hundreds of dementia care professionals and volunteers. She is also a
professional storyteller, museum educator and Certified Laughter Yoga Leader
with wide experience in the field of creative aging
