Tai Ji (T”ai Chi) is a Chinese exercise based in martial arts made of a series of choreographed movements linked together and performed slowly. Practitioners develop body awareness and control, focus, improved balance, flexibility and stamina as tensions are released, and muscles and joints relaxed and strengthened. It helps to move energy, connect mind and body and promotes health. Qigong, “quality energy work” leads to a more efficient flow of energy. Beth Rose is the instructor.
