How do the wants, needs, and thoughts of the “over 50 set” drive and influence AARP’s successful marketing, locally and nationally? How does AARP get its information? Critical to this success, how does the AARP apply this information? And most important, how do we apply this to our businesses, agencies and community?

These include such categories as Alzheimer’s, Annuities, Care Management, Law/Mediation, Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Insurance(s), Investment, Home Modifications, Accounting, Money Management, Real Estate, Taxes, etc. Then there are areas such as travel, entertainment, dining, home maintenance, landscaping…. In other words, any business. With 80% of the nation’s wealth, there is tremendous opportunity to serve this demographic – but not much knowledge on how to reach these folk. A 60-year-old does not equal two 30-year-olds.
