June is National Safety Month. Senior safety is critically important. This Wednesday, June 12th, join DC Inspector General Charles J. Willoughby at 1 PM at Friendship Terrace as he leads a Senior Safety Panel Discussion. Joining Inspector General Willoughby will be Maria Shumar of the Victim Witness Assistance Unit, and Trina Carrington, both from the US Attorney’s Office, talking about elder abuse, and Dominic Morocco with the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit in the DC Inspector General’s Office discussing Medicare and Medicaid fraud.
