This program on Maryland MOLST and the health care decision making process utilizes training tools developed by the Maryland MOLST Task Force. This course is intended for individuals who want to be a leader in educating individuals on advance directives and the use of Medical Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment form (MOLST).
Counselor, Mortician and Physical Therapist CEUs are not available for this program.
Time: Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.; Speakers begin at 9 a.m. and conclude at 12:15 p.m.
