| Description: | As we age, it often becomes more difficult to remain independent and safe in our homes. As physical challenges increase, we tend to withdraw from others and from our favorite activities. Our immune system may suffer, and we may increase our risk of depression, falls and injury. During this FREE Living Well Community Seminar, Geriatric Care Manager Cathy Lonas, RN, BSN, MSBA, founder of Advocate 360, LLC, will address these issues as well as possible solutions to social isolation. The seminar begins at 7 p.m. and will be preceded by a complimentary lite supper at 6:30 p.m. Please RSVP to Toni Davis at 301-924-2811, option 3, or tdavis@bgf.org by February 22. |
