Making Choices on Living Will/Advance Directives

Making health care decisions can be difficult and confusing. It requires thoughtful planning to assure your individual values and preferences will be respected. The time to discuss your view about your choices is before a crisis or sever illness occurs. To help you plan ahead, Heartland has developed a guide for these decisions.

Please join us with our guest speaker, Alison Turner, LCSW, with Heartland Hospice as she goes over your free copy of the Making Choices guide. Alison has been with Heartland Hospic since 2006 and has experience ranging from discharge planning, counseling, crisis intervention, grief counseling, individual and group counseling, and bereavement work. She is affiliated with the National Association of Social Workers.
