Description:	Wendy Johnson, M.S., of Senior Helpers of Silver Spring, will present a training designed to teach audience members how to use strategies from conciliation and mediation in their roles as conflict managers. This will help them to handle conflicts better and to resolve them more effectively. This training is approved for 3 Category 1 CEUs by the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners.
