Adult Day Care Centers are an important option for caregivers as they provide necessary daytime supervision for seniors as well as a wide range of activities that stimulate socialization. Exercise programs and other activities keep participants engaged, while some centers may offer assistance with the tasks of daily living and different therapies. All licensed centers provide nutritious meals and snacks on a daily basis.
